Matzos Sponge Cake No. 1

• 6 eggs
• 4 tablespoons matzos meal
• 6 tablespoons sugar<

Separate the whites and yolks of eggs. To the well beaten yolks add the sugar, beat again, then add the lemon rind and beaten whites and lastly the matzos flour. Bake in a moderate oven in loaf or in layers.
