  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup potato flour


Separate the yolks and whites of eggs. Beat yolks lightly, add the sugar, and beat well. Then add potato flour, matzos flour, lemon flavor and whites of eggs beaten thoroughly. Bake in a hot oven.
