  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons of sour milk in cup
  • Then fill cup with sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ teaspoon soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


Beat egg lightly, add sugar and continue beating; then add sour milk and cream. Last the mixed and sifted dry ingredients. Bake in angel cake pan in moderate oven or in layer cake tins, and spread Sour Cream Filling, between layers.
