Line a spring form with Murberteig, No. 3. Put cheese through sieve. Beat yolks of eggs and sugar, add cheese, milk, cream, cornstarch, and vanilla, then the whites previously beaten to snow.

Fill in the lined spring form and bake in a moderate oven until cheese is well set and dough is well browned at the bottom.
