  • 9 eggs (whites beaten stiff)
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Beat yolks with sugar, add chocolate, almonds and vanilla, and lastly the beaten whites. Bake one hour, in spring form, moderate oven.
