  • 6 yolks of eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup sweet almonds (grated)
  • 6 whites of eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup farina, with
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


Stir sugar and beaten yolks until very light, the almonds, grated; then mix in the order given, and bake in spring form moderate oven, forty minutes.
