  • ½ lb. flour
  • 5 oz. butter
  • 2 oz. <

Method

Make a dough of above and roll out and spread in a spring form, cover with canned fruit (cherries) (not too much juice), and bake. Then cover the top with a sponge made as follows:

Stir yolks and sugar fifteen minutes, add almonds, lemon and whites, and bake a light brown.
