Ingredients

  • 9 whole eggs
  • 2 yolks of eggs
  • cups sugar

Method

Beat the eggs well with Dover beater, add sugar and beat again until very light, then add the other ingredients and stir well. Bake one hour in a moderate oven. Ice if desired, with Lemon Frosting.
