Beat the whites of six fresh eggs to a stiff, dry froth, add the sugar a little at a time and beat, add the vanilla and vinegar.

Grease a spring form and pour in it two-thirds of the mixture. Make small kisses dropped from a teaspoon with the rest of the mixture and form in a circle on a tin,
