  • 6 eggs
  • ½ lb. granulated sugar
  • ¼ lb. grated waln

Method

Beat the yolks with the sugar, add the other ingredients in given order; mixing baking powder with flour. Bake in layers in moderate oven.

Beat egg and sugar and cook with milk to a custard, stirring constantly, add nuts and flavoring. Ice top to suit, or use Nut Filling, No.1, in place of the above.
