  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 6 yolks, beaten
  • ¼ lb. grated almonds


Stir sugar and yolks, mix dry and add the other ingredients, beaten whites last. Bake in moderate oven, spring form, and when nearly done, put a little wine and sugar over the top.
