Beat the yolks until thick and creamy; add sugar and flavoring and continue beating; add salt to the whites and beat until very stiff; fold in the whites with the flour very gently; drop mixture from the tip of a spoon on ungreased tin sheet; sprinkle with pulverized sugar and bake in a cool oven about 8 minutes; put together in pairs with jelly between.
