Make Sponge Cake, or Cup Cake, and bake in well greased muffin tins. When cold cut off tops, scoop out soft inside. Fill with fresh strawberries, chopped or grated pineapple, or any other fresh fruit or berry. Cover with sweetened and flavored whipped cream.
