  • ½ cup butter, or
  • cup beef drippings
  • 1 cup


Cream the shortening, add the sugar, the liquid and eggs, beaten lightly, and the baking powder, mixed with two cups of flour, then enough flour to roll out. Roll a little at a time. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut out. Bake about ten minutes.
