  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs


Grate the chocolate and almonds (unblanched). Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, one at a time and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, roll out quite thick. Cut in rounds, place in pans; spread cakes with white of egg beaten and sugar. Bake in a moderate oven.
