Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Method

Boil sugar and milk to the soft ball stage. Remove from the fire add butter, flavoring and nuts. Beat till creamy and thickened; pour into a greased tin, and when firm cut in squares.
