Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 2 (oz.) squares chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ lb. marshmallows

Method

Heat sugar and milk, add chocolate and boil until soft ball in water. Add butter and then gradually add the marshmallows, stirring until dissolved. Cool in buttered pans, ¾ inch thick, and cut in squares.
