Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Butter size of walnut

Method

Place the ingredients in a granite saucepan and boil; when candy forms a soft ball in cold water remove from stove an place the pan in cold water for a few minutes, then stir until creamy, pour on buttered tin and cut into squares; chopped or cocoanut added while stirring makes very nice candy.
