  • ¼ lb. almonds (blanched and cut into chunks)

Heat the mixing bowl slightly, add chocolate, almonds and the one-half of egg. Knead the mixture into a solid mass and place on board sprinkled with sugar and roll to resemble sausage. When ready to serve, cut in slices with a very thin, sharp knife.
