Cover one-half pound almonds with boiling water, let stand 5 minutes or until skins slip off easily. Remove the skins, place the nuts in a shallow pan in a hot oven. Let them become a delicate brown, stirring frequently so that all will brown evenly. When brown, add
Salted Peanuts. Remove skins from peanuts and proceed same as for almonds.
