Cut a watermelon, chilled by standing on ice, in slices and remove the shell, or cut out the red portion with tablespoon or divide into cubes an inch square and remove seeds. If you desire, add a little wine or have ready a mixture of half a table-spoonful of ground cinnamon to half a cup of powdered sugar, and sprinkle this over the melon; refill the melon shell. Let stand a few moments.
