  • Small cucumbers
  • 1 gal. cold white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup salt


Soak in cold water to freshen cucumbers. Mix dry ingredients, and add vinegar gradually to dissolve mustard. Pour mixture over as many cucumbers as it will cover. Set away in crocks.
