Ingredients

  • 6 ripe cucumbers, peeled
  • 6 large green tomatoes
  • 6 large onions

Method

Press the first five ingredients through the food grinder or chop them fine. Drain in colander. Place in large pan, add salt, sugar, mustard and celery seed; mix thoroughly, cover well with cold vinegar and pack in pint cans, air tight.
