  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry wine


Separate egg. Beat yolk until very light with sugar, add white, beaten stiff, then the liquor. Fill up the glass with the hot milk. Grate the nutmeg on top. Serve hot for colds.
