  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ junket tablet


Heat milk until lukewarm add sugar and brandy, when sugar is dissolved, add tablet dissolved in cold water. Turn into small moulds and let stand in a cool place until firm.
