  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ junket tablet
  • 1 teaspoon cold water
  • 1 teaspoon brandy


Heat milk until lukewarm add sugar and brandy, when sugar is dissolved, add tablet dissolved in cold water. Turn into small moulds and let stand in a cool place until firm.
