  • 3 stalks rhubarb
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups water


Wash the rhubarb, without peeling, cut in one-half inch lengths. Into a bowl, add sugar and boiling water. Cover and set away to cool. Strain and serve cold. Pink stalks will give the water a pretty color.
