  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 small lemon

Method

Heat the milk in a double boiler, add the juice of the lemon. Cook until the curd separates, then strain through a cheese cloth. Add the sugar. Serve hot or cold.
