  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons powdered flour

Method

Tie 2 cups flour in a stout cloth, put into boiling water and let boil 5 hours. Turn out the flour ball, scrape off the doughy part. The inside is hard and dry and will grate to powder.
