  • 3 large fennel bulbs with fronds, stalks removed and fronds reserved
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 tsp minced fre

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Trim the base of each fennel bulb just enough to remove any brown spots, then discard the outer bulb layer if tough or discolored. Cut each bulb in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 6 wed
