You can’t have Japanese rice without mustard sauce. Together they do wonders! The garlic brings out an aroma in the creamy sauce like no other – the flavor just explodes in your mouth.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the sauce to an airtight glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Serve with Japanese rice.
