This salad is a celebration of Thai flavors. As someone of Gujarati descent, I have a talent for balancing sweet and sour flavors in my cooking. My first attempt at making papaya salad was a success thanks to this skill. Any salad can be enjoyed when the sweet and sour flavors are in harmony, and this recipe is satisfying and delicious. My family loved it so much that I made it three times in one day!
