Ingredients: ½ tbsp chopped fresh or dried parsley; 800 g/1¾ lb canned Marzano tomatoes, 760 g/1 lb 11 oz vine-ripened tomatoes or Marzano tomatoes; 2 tbsp unsalted butter; 4 tbsp olive oil; 25 g/1 oz/¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, to serve; 2 tbsp chopped garlic; 340 g/12 oz your choice of pasta; 1½ tsp salt; 8-10 basil leaves, roughly chopped, plus extra to garnish; ½ tsp dried oregano; ½ tsp chili flakes
