Lemon Butter Sauce with Pasta

The recipe for buttery and lemony sauce has stood the test of time. My son Aamir, who grew up on pasta and Caesar salad, is an excellent cook himself, and he recently asked me to make this sauce. He had been craving it for over two decades and was surprised and delighted to learn that it is a simple sauce that requires minimal kitchen expertise. I like to add capers to the sauce to give it a tangy flavor.
