Fiery Fish Forever

This is an original Vina Patel, created one day when I was craving a simple fish dish and had several of my favorite ingredients to hand. It’s handy for my kids too, as I can prepare the marinade and send it off to college with them, safe in the knowledge that they need to buy only the fresh salmon to finish it, but mostly because they have a healthy meal that reminds them of home.
