Back home, our neighbor across the street introduced my family to this healthy and wholesome pickle. I fell in love with it at first bite, and it has stayed with me all my life. An Indian person’s lunch and dinner can only be complete and truly fulfilling when served alongside mango pickles. I’m particularly a fan of this recipe, as it’s packed with the health benefits from the fenugreek seeds and garlic, including inflammation-reducing and immune-boosting properties.
