Condiments are a staple in many Indian households and are served with almost every meal. I love experimenting with different condiments, which add some extra flavour to my meals. One of my favorites is this mint chutney that I really enjoy with samosas.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of mint leaves
  • 1 bunch of cilantro/coriander
  • 4 <

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to a smooth paste.

Transfer the chutney to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
