Rose lassi stole my heart when I tried it for the first time in London at my go-to restaurant. Enhanced with rose syrup and adorned with rose petals, this lassi boasts a captivating appearance. It’s super addictive. I ordered one glass, and I found myself reaching for two or more!
Combine 480ml/16fl oz/2 cups of water with the yogurt, rose syrup and sugar in a bowl and whisk well until the mixture is fully incorporated.
Add 6 ice cubes to each glass. Divide the mixture between the glasses and garnish with the crushed pistachios, chopped cashew nuts and rose petals. Serve chilled.
