My aunt Jeroo was a great jam connoisseur and made some wonderful combinations. My favourite is her Tomato Ginger and Lime Jam. But like everyone else I cannot resist tweaking recipes and here I have added fresh red jalapeños which taste divine. An interesting twist I stumbled upon. Among other things this jam pairs up perfectly with Parsi Pora and a good Parsi Akuri- scrambled eggs with spices.
