Silky Cottage Cheese

There is no literal translation for this phrase; the best description is probably cottage cheese that is made in a basket called a topli. It is small enough to be eaten in one bite, soft enough to fall apart and the surface has indentations of little rings left behind from the wicker basket (topli).
