Parsis are known for their sweet tooth and look forward to enjoying all the sweet aromatic goodies their home kitchens can conjure up. This copra pak is traditionally served in a pink colour. While there are many variants of this dish, this recipe is the original one used by my grandmother and great aunts. Growing up, I recall occasionally buying a version at fair grounds, where it was sold wrapped in butter paper and was quite hard to the touch.
