The Daar ni Pori is prepared in two parts. The outside pastry called the pur (consists of the dough and the maan) and the filling (daar). The filling is a combination of delicious, thick, sweet, creamy lentils, made beautifully silky with exotic rosewater, saffron, nutmeg, cardamom and vibrant candied orange peel, with pistachio, almond and charoli nuts creating layers of textures. It is simply a wow!
