Strawberry Delight

I happened to make the final version of this recipe while at my parents’ house for dinner. As I anxiously awaited their feedback on a dessert that took only fifteen minutes to make, I could tell they weren’t expecting much. My mom took a bite and made an audible “Mmm” sound, followed by “You should name this strawberry delight.” I laughed at the time, but as usual she was right, and here we are. There really isn’t quite a better name to describe this easy, indulgent dessert.
