The Pink Drink

While Starbucks may claim the Pink Drink title, the original pink drink that I grew up on is called sharbat: a fragrant, milky drink topped with crushed nuts with origins in India. As the beverage most associated with indulgence in my culture, we drink this during times of celebration (and otherwise) and serve it with a generous spirit.
