  • About

Wonton wrappers are used as an alternative to pasta to make these ravioli. And, continuing the fusion theme, the wonton ravioli are filled with Edamame and Wasabi Hummus and come with a buttery ginger sauce.

Ingredients

  • 40 square wonton wrappers for steaming (rather than frying), about 1½ packs
  • ¾ recipe quantity Edamame and Wasabi Hummus
  • 1—2 tsp

Method

  1. To make the ravioli, lay half of the wonton wrappers on a large sheet of baking parchment. Spoon a tablespoon of the hummus into the middle of each one and brush the edges of the wrappers with water. Top each one with a second wonton wrapper and press the edges together to seal. Turn the ravioli over so they are resting on their tops to prevent them sticking to the paper.</
