The concept behind fisherman’s eggs is simple: Cook a few sardines quickly in a skillet, along with onions, parsley, and whatever else you have lying around. Then crack a few eggs into the skillet. It’s not a recipe as much as a model for how to turn a few grocery items you already have on hand into a warm, hearty meal.
