Use for: this makes a good base for a dressing for salad, vegetables and tofu, or can be used as a substitute for yakitori sauce. Allow about 3 tablespoons of this sauce and 3 tablespoons of sesame oil to dress a salad for 4 people.

Ingredients

  • 50% soy sauce
  • 50% balsamic vinegar

Method

It is difficult to guess the ingredients in this sauce from its taste, as the soy sauce is slightly sweetened by the balsamic vinegar.
