Ingredients

  • 4 cm ( in) white radish (daikon)

Method

Slice the radish into 3 mm (⅛ in) rounds, then into thin matchsticks. Bring the dashi to the boil, add the radish and cook on a medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the miso, take off the heat and serve.
