  • 4 burger buns, cut in half
  • a few leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 rounded teaspoons

Method

For the teriyaki chicken, combine the soy sauce, mirin and honey in a small bowl. Lightly flour the chicken. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Pour in the sauce, then bring to the boil to thicken and stir to coat the chicken.</
