Ingredients

  • 2 x 200 g (7 oz) mackerel fillets
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Method

Cut the mackerel fillets into 3 pieces. Marinate them in the soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl for 10 minutes. Dry with paper towels. Dust with potato starch, then deep-fry in a small saucepan and drain.
