Ingredients

  • 1 large onigiri = 2 small onigiri = 1 bowl cooked rice

Method

  1. Thoroughly wet your hands.
  2. Place 1 pinch of salt in your palm.
  3. Take some rice in one hand.
  4. Place your chosen ingredient (optional) in the centre.
  5. Shape into a ball with the other hand, pushing the ingredient inside the ball
